If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your ERGO NAV: You can return it within 30 days from the day you received your ERGO NAV, just as you received it, and have 100% of the purchase price of the ERGO NAV, credited back to your Credit/Bank Checking card. Credit will be processed the business day following the day we receive your unit, shipping pre-paid. You will be sent an email notification of your credit being processed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping Instructions: You must return the complete ERGO NAV just as it was sent to you with accessories (Nuts, nut jackets, bolts etc.) in place in the original packaging with a copy of the purchase receipt you received by email.
